When I read through this news, a parkade and a restaurant with cooking faculties are common place. There are parking attendant(s) all over downtown where I am at and there are some places in which food establishments are located. I do understand that safety standards have to be met. Unfortunately, these standards are not all the same from place to place. Oddly enough, why took so many years for this parkade to bring up this issue?
