Read Us First Before Use/Operate

2 Cents on: Read my label in my toothpaste vs 10 commandments of Driving by Vatican.
A lot of us barely read what is in the label in our toothpaste box until this happen: someone in the US said there was antifreeze in our toothpaste. Or if we do read what is in the box, it is a bit too late for a US fellow who had a minor discomfort. That's not at the least the most serious of the matter news of the day until the Vatican issued a 10 commandments of Driving. I am not here writing about religious ratifications of this issue. I am looking at how these commandments came out and as in our society already have troubles of people obeying rules of the law of the land already, why would people read or bother to digest more information about rules?
Do we have to wait til it is a bit too late for another car accident or another poisoning getting people sick or injured? Is taking the time to read the rules and or the labels such a grief? Is Vatican's 58 pages document or a little side panel printed labeled ingredients too much for us to take a few seconds to save your own lives? Or do we even care about what we purchase or what we do on the roads?
