Man Sues Airline for Sitting in washroom!!!

Yikes, this man does have his right to sue the airline. There are problems of overbooking flights and having a passenger sitting on a steward seat is not acceptable or safe either. Is there anyway for this from the beginning? This did not need to get out of hand with the lawyers and waste of time. What a way to serve your customer, send them to the toilet! Isn't that itself against the law and its not sanitary in terms for serving food or snacks, even for short haul flights? From Reuters
