Sichuan province, China had 7.8 magnitude earthquake on Monday afternoon local time. It can be felt as far as Thailand, Pakistan, Vietnam, some say even Beijing. A 7.5 magnitude or over are considered as major event, that can caused a major widespread damage of properties and injuries or death of humans. With both Burma and now China, these natural crisis are becoming more pressing call for emergency agencies to deal with.
