Dog Malfunction?

Would you want to send this following item back to the sender? Or the dog was gapping away? Or I rather think dog went a pitch higher. I do hope that dog in the following video would not bark all day in that high pitch or else poor dog owner. On a sidenote: I do have a cat that meows in a lower pitch.
